Compute Instances with CentOS Image is Unavailable After Some Period Of Time

Customer complained that after some period of time (12 - 48 Hrs) instances become unavailable over network (any protocol, private or public IPs) and
stay in this state till restart (stop and start). All three region and both BM and VM affected. Image used here was CentOS-7-2017.04.18-0.


Though customer confirmed that the Network Manager is disabled on this environment, from the console manager, we identified that the Network Manager was not disabled.
