Fusion OTBI - Projects - Cross Subject Area Analysis - Real Time - Add column = Bill To Customer Organization Name - The Original Budget Cost Shows Null Values For Some Rows

Symptoms

Created a Cross Subject Area Analysis on Project Subject Area and put the following criteria:
Project Number
Project Name
Original Budget cost

At this level, the criteria returns values; however, if you add
Bill-to Customer Number to the report, the Original Budget Cost shows null values for some of the rows.
