Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, .Manage Compensation

Act as Proxy Manager link returns a White Blank Page when navigated from Workforce Compensation


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps to reproduce: (make sure to clear cache before anything else)
1. Login as Compensation Admin/Manager
2. From the navigator, Click "workforce compensation" link
3. Go back to the Navigator, Click "Compensation" link
4. Click the document Icon from the upper right corner of the page
5. Click "Act as a proxy Manager" link - White Blank page shows up
