Fusion:GL:Can not Restrict Import Journal Entry Using Bulk Journals Sheet of ADFDI (Doc ID 2293143.1)

Symptoms

We select Restrict GL Manual Journal to "Third Party Control Account" for specific Natural Account in Manage Chart of Accounts Value Set Values Page.

So,the account can not be used in Journal Entry Page.And also,When we uploaded journal entry using Single Journal sheet or Multiple Journals sheet of ADfdi,
System shows following error.So the account can not be used.

You are using an account that is either disabled for posting or a control account. (GL-781916)
You are using an account that is either disabled for posting or a control account. (GL-781916)

But when using Bulk Journals sheet,We can upload journal entry and post it to the ledger.
So,we can not restrict import journal entry using Bulk Journals sheet.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1.Select Restrict GL Manual Journal to "Third Party Control Account" for specific Natural Account in Manage Chart of Accounts Value Set Values Page
2.Upload journal entry using Bulk Journals sheet of ADfdi
