Disputes FYI Notifications in R12
After upgrade to Release 12, a new functionality was added in Disputes where after the dispute is closed, a FYI notification is generated with same details but different number and sent to user. This notification shows in assigned state unless and until the user opens it and dismisses it.
When a manager looks in the disputes task list, these notification disputes are also appearing in the assigned filter.
It gets difficult for the manager to filter out which is an actual dispute and which one is a notification.
Is there a way these Notifications can be renamed to 'Dispute Closure Notifications' so that they know and can filter these ones? Or is there any way these go to users but don't show in disputes task list?
