ADF Faces Error -- Fund Request --> Budget --> ALL Fund Request (Doc ID 2293192.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Partner Management

When attempting to navigate to Fund Requests page the following error occurs.

ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #15


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Log into OSC
1. Open a Developement Fund Request.
2. Click on Budget (Hyper Link)
3. Go to Development Fund Requests TAB
4. From the SHOW List of values at the top --> Choose "All Development Fund Requests".
5. Fund Requests appear in the list --> Click on any Fund Request using the hyperlink.
