Poor Product Hub Performance - Out of Memory Error

On Fusion Product Hub:
When attempting to navigate to the Product Information Management Module, the following error occurs.

-- Error
The Oracle Cloud Environment is currently unavailable

-- Expected Behaviour
Expect to be able to navigate to the Product Information Management Module without error

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Log into instance
2. From the Homepage, select Product Management
3. Then select Product Information Management --> Error Occurs

-- Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot consistently navigate to and work within the Product Information Management Module
