Symptoms

On :  11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Active Assignment record not found after global transfer  

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both the Active Assignment record and Inactive Assignment record should be returned in search result

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Under Person Management> Search for the employee> in search result, it only shows the inactive assignment row.
