Generic System Error when attepmting to push Access Control settings via Updating Shells Feature (Doc ID 2293393.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to push all Access Control to a shell from a Shell Template, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Company Workspace > Template > Shell Template
2. Access Control
3. Click "Update Shells"
