Error During Sync Process - Step: Querying Records (Doc ID 2293505.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to sync,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Cannot create object error box:
Object cannot be created before the first sync completed.

Connection error message box:
Message: Application experienced technical difficulties. Further troubleshooting should be done by technical support.
Error code: FC0020

 

The above is a standard error if the first sync process does not end correctly or if it's still in progress.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run first sync
2. sync fails with error at querying records step (third step, see screenshot)

 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot fully utilize the addin because the first sync did not finish
