On : version, Classic Mobile Sales App

When we are logging in on Mobile CX Cloud Application we get an error
We are currently on REL 12 PB 7.

Your Sales Cloud version does not yet support the new mobile app.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up application
2. Log In
3. Get error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Oracle CX Cloud Mobile.
