Business Process Upper Forms are opening slowly in uDesigner Within Uniifer (Doc ID 2294091.1)

A Business Process (BP) with a large amount of Upper Forms (40+) is experiencing very long load times when users are attempting to open Upper Forms in uDesigner.

Forms should open consistently and in a timely manner.

STEPS to Verify

1. Log into Staging.
2. Navigate to uDesigner > Business Processes
3. Select the BP with the issue > Upper Forms and attempt to open ANY form.

NOTE: The amount of time that it takes for the form to load takes considerably longer than with any other BP, even ones with more forms and/or more elements on the form. The load issue does not affect the detail forms, or any other module of the BP; just the upper forms.
