A Business Process with a large amount of Upper Forms (40+) is experiencing very long load times when users are attempting to open Upper Forms in uDesigner.
Forms should open consistently and in a timely manner.
STEPS to Verify
1. Log into Staging.
2. Navigate to uDesigner > Business Processes
3. Select the BP with the issue > Upper Forms and attempt to open ANY form.
