When an employee submits their elections thru employee self-service they are brought to a confirmation page. There is a PRINT icon on that page that does not properly print a confirmation statement. Instead it prints a one-page web-page of the current internet browser view. There is an embedded “Print Benefits Report” button located on the “View Benefits Enrollments” icon that does correctly print the confirmation statement (we’ve renamed this icon, it was previously labeled “View Current and Future Benefits”). Is it possible to have Oracle correct the functionality of the Print icon on the confirmation page, or can they embed the same “Print Benefits Report” button on the confirmation page?
