CX Cloud Mobile - Customization Not Reflecting in Production Mobile App after CSM Migration

R12 Mobile - Customization not reflecting in Production mobile app

We did a Stage to production CSM migration today to bring in the mobile customization to production which went through successfully.
I verified in app composer in production that the mobile customization have been brought over.

But when I log into the app using production server details
I do not see any of the changes made to the mobile pages or the custom fields. Everything appears to be out of box

Also the privileges ZCX_READ for each of the objects to give access to custom fields are not available in production instance Security console.

Please advise how to get the app in production instance reflect the modifications.

When logs into mobile app should be able to see the customizations

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Do CSM Migration that includes CX Mobile configurations
2. Open mobile app of target environment
3. customizations are not there

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the customizations on the mobile cx app
