CX Mobile - Custom DCL Is Not Available on Child Object (Doc ID 2294439.1)

Symptoms

 On : 11.1.12.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a custom parent object and a custom child object
There is a dynamic choicelist field in the custom child object.
In new CX Cloud mobile setup page, the custom DCL is not found in Available fields of the child object.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The field should be available to add to the mobile UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Custom Standalone Object
2. Create a Custom child object of the Custom Standalone object
3. Create a Custom DCL in the child object
4. In Application Composer go to the Mobile Configurator
5. Verify the custom DCL is not shown in the available fields of the custom child object
