Customer is getting an error while calling a web service method to change the contry on partner contact.

Log into OSC with
user: Channel Operations Manager role

Get error after ==> change the country on Partner Contact page and click Save (or Save and close)

Works fine
If the user has OOTB role: Application Implementation Consultant

Gives error when user has Channel Operations Manager role
