Unable To Submit Journal Import From Task 'Correct Import Error' (Doc ID 2294592.1)

On : version, Create and Manage Journals

On correcting the journal lines from task 'Correct Import Error' and submitting journal import, the status changes to 'Row updated successfully' but the process ends in:

LEZL0032: No control rows were found in the GL_INTERFACE_CONTROL table. Contact your system administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Correcting import errors from task ‘Correct Import Errors’ under Journals.
2. Submitting Journal Import.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correct the Journals through ‘Correct Import Errors’ under Journals.

However, on running the program 'Import Journals' again from Scheduled Processes, it imports the journals.
