Performing getOrder on the CCAGENT REST API Results In 50001000 Error (Doc ID 2295041.1)

Symptoms

Issue with /ccagent/v1/orders/{id} REST API & Agent UI. All the orders are searchable; however, when attempting to retrieve the order details for -certain- orders within the user receives a dialog box saying,

 


 

Changes

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Create a new product type prodType1 using Admin UI.
2) Add 2 variant properties (prop1, prop2) to the prodType1, marking one of the properties (prop1) as the listingVariant property.
3) Create a product prod1, of the type prodType1.
4) Add SKU(s) to the prod1, using only the non-listingVariant property (prop2). Since prop1 is not a mandatory field, SKU(s) should be added successfully.
5) Add inventory stock for the SKU(s) created above, and publish the changes.
6) Go to Agent application and create an order, using prod1.
7) Go to ccdebug, and make getOrder endpoint call using agent endpoint

/ccagentui/v1/orders/{orderId}?includeResult=full
