Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition: Agent Error: "No Content for user : #######.#####" (Doc ID 2295112.1)

Symptoms

 Problem Description:

When running an agent, or viewing the agent execution on the OBI Agents report, the agent shows as failed with the following error:

[nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A server error occurred. Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred.
[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
[nQSError: 46008] Internal error: File server/Query/Optimizer/Request/Src/SQUCompositeNode.cpp, line 186.
