Logging In to the Cloud Version of P6 Pro Cient After the Environment Was Upgraded Results in Error: "Exception EVirtualTableError in module PM.exe" "VTable is not loaded"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to install P6 Pro with the P6 Pro Client installer link provided on the cloud customer portal after the cloud environment was upgraded,
the following error occurs.
Exception EVirtualTableError in module PM.exe at 0000000000AD1EA9.
TCVirtualTable.OptFieldIndexOf: VTable is not loaded - PROJECT.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to cloud portal and download P6 Pro Client installer
2. Install then launch P6
3. Login, see error
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to the installation of P6 Pro.
