Opportunity Team Member Custom Field Is Not Reflecting On OOTB SA or Custom Subject Area (Doc ID 2295488.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Opportunity Team Member is not reflecting on Custom Subject Area

Opportunity standard object > standard child object "Opportunity Team Member" > custom field (Single choice fixed choice list) is not appearing in Standard SA or CSA. Already tried to import / export and also to Reload Metadata. But the field is still not appearing.

When creating CSA in Sales application, category for "Opportunity Team Member" does not show in CSA creation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Text and Single select FCL should appear in OOTB SA and CSA

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  Under standard child object "Opportunity Team member , add custom field as single select FCL
  This object/field does not appear in Sales - CRM Opportunity Resource Subject Area
  In CSA, Opportunity Team member does not appear as a child of Opportunity.
