User Getting Errors In UI (Doc ID 2295619.1)

Symptoms

A user is having issue being able to conduct their normal business processes. They were working fine, and then all of a sudden started getting the following issues:

ERROR
Attribute Owner is Required.
The Value of the Attribute Team Member is not valid

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manually created Contacts - the Owner field is not getting populated with her as the owner
2. Contacts Search screen - choose My Contacts from the drop-down list and NOTHING displays – no contacts whatsoever – even though I KNOW she has manually entered contacts in the last two years she’s been here
3. Opportunity Search screen - it won’t pull up her Opps (My Open Opportunities is the default for the drop-down list) and get this error message: Attribute Owner is required.


Due to this issue, this specific user cannot do the work that they need to do.
