Non FAPPS and Outside Users Do Not Receive Email Messages With Login Credentials After Being Invited To OSN

OSN has been configured to allow non Fusion-Apps (FAPPS) and / or  Outside Users to be invited. The External Domain is white listed to invite the users from the external domains to OSN conversations. When a such a new user is invited to an OSN conversation, the user only receives the invitation email however he / she does not receive the other email with the credentials to access the conversation.
