Non FAPPS and Outside Users Not Receiving Email Messages Containing Login Credentials After Being Invited to OSN

Oracle Social Network (OSN) has been configured to allow non Fusion-Apps (FAPPS) and / or Outside Users to be invited. The External Domain is allow listed to invite the users from the external domains to OSN conversations. When a such a new user is invited to an OSN conversation, the user only receives the invitation email however he / she does not receive the other email with the credentials to access the conversation.
