Can IDCS Billing Metrics be Seen in Dashboard Page? (Doc ID 2295752.1)

Data of Billing Metrics can not be displayed in IDCS Dashboard. Only "No data to display" message is display.

Target Metrics:
- Dashboard > each metrics in "Identity Cloud" section
- Dashboard > select "Identity Cloud" > select "Billing Metrics"

We want to count number of current IDCS users in the tenant. Can the Billing Metrics be seen?
