Error Message when create order
The following error appear when when add item into sales order and when edit order.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 25, Server Domain: SCMDomain, Server Instance: OrderOrchestrationServer_1, Application Name: OrderOrchestrationApp.
Item {1} in organization {0} does not have a structure. (EGP-2775782)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Fusion Order Management.
2. Click on create order.
3. Add item to order line and save

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create orders
