Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Create and Manage Journals

When attempting to execute create accounting from subledgers
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
No Valid Assignment found as the sequence is disabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create accounting in Sub ledger
2. Perform Accounting


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to generate accounting sequence on Sub ledger transaction
