A pop up is opened and if a user doesnt select anything and click cancel, the value remains there in the field and is not getting wiped out. This way upon saving the record, a random record from DCL is getting picked up and saved in the account which is incorrect behavior.

the value should be wiped out or maintained the old value of the field as the user didnt click ok
