Data Management Process Logs for Older Processes are Blank/Empty (Doc ID 2296262.1)

Symptoms

 The 'Show' link associated with each process in the Process Details view will continue to be available long after the log is purged. Attempting to 'show' a purged log file results in an empty text file being downloaded.
