Getting An Error Message (JBO-25009) While Trying To Import Inventory Organizations (Doc ID 2296371.1)

Symptoms

When importing a new inventory organization using following steps, the process ends with an error stating "JBO-25009: Cannot create an object of type:java.sql.Date from type:java.lang.String with value:1/1/1951".
Steps:

Under FSM -> Setup: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management -> Functional Areas: Facilities -> Task: Manage Inventory Organizations -> Actions -> Export to CSV File
