Claims Reprocessing IP Error

When doing claims processing by claim code, the request is being sent to: https://***vbp.oracleindustry.com/claims-api/ohi-ws-claimsreprocessing/ClaimsReprocessingService. OHI is responding with a 202 accepted message. Error logging contains the following message: GEN-FILE-001: Directory does not exist or is not accessible.
FILE-001: Directory does not exist or is not accessible:
The issue can be reproduced by sending in the reprocessing payload (included in the ticket) to the development environment.
Due to this issue, claims cannot be reprocessed through the integration point. This error will prevents nightly reprocessing of pended claims and reprocessing bundled claims when funding has been received for a bundle. Claims can only be reprocessed manually.
