On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Search returns two Accounts with the same name and Party_ID

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should only be one Account returned

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Accounts
2. Search for certain account
3. Two records are returned

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are seeing duplicate accounts
