On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Other Issues

Project Performance Dashboard is not visible

Project Performance Dashboard does not appear under the Navigator > Projects. And the dashboard does not appear on the springboard under Home > Projects. Why doesn't the Project Performance Dashboards appear? How do we add the dashboards?
