Symptoms

When a user tries to launch a course in the Oracle Taleo LearnCenter, the following message occurs:

Document Course
Content type not supported by this course player.
Contact your training administrator for more information.

After the message above displays, another browser tab may open, and the message Course content is loading... will briefly appear in the blue status bar and then disappear.
