Destination Account for Lines under Movement Request Creation is Grayed out

Disappearing Destination Account
When performing tasks in INVENTORY module (Movement Requests) the Destination account occasionally disappears from Item Line level.  This requires the complete request to being re-entered.

Destination account should be appearing

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory
2. Go to Manage Movement Request
3. Create movement request of type Movement Request Issue
4. Provide values at header level
5. When trying to add an item at line level without choosing transaction item, destination account field is grayed out.
