Destination Account is Grayed out upon Creation of Movement Request Lines (Doc ID 2296691.1)

When creating Movement Requests, the Destination Account occasionally disappears from Item Line level. This requires the complete request to being re-entered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory
2. Go to Manage Movement Request
3. Create movement request of type Movement Request Issue
4. Provide values at header level
5. When trying to add an item at line level without choosing transaction item, the Destination Account field is grayed out
