In Testing R12 administrators manually reset a users password. When the user logs in, the application is not prompting them to change the password.
This functionality works in R11 and administrators expect the same behavior in R12.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The system administrator manually resets a users password.
a. Log onto Fusion Applications.
b. Click Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> Users.
c. Search the user.
d. Click Action -> Reset Password.
2. The user logs in and is not prompted to change password.
