Duplicate "Product Management" Entity In The Menu Category Creating A New Work Area (Doc ID 2297068.1)

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to add Menu Items in Desktop Work Area creation,
the following error occurs.

There are multiple entries for 'Product Management'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Sales Cloud Application
2. Create a new Custom Object: Then create and activate a new Sandbox and navigate to Application Composer.
3. Create one text field and then proceed to Page section
4. Navigate to Desktop Page --> Create Work Area
5. In the first tab "Configure Navigator Menu and Regional Search", there are two "Product Management" entities in the Menu Category list

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a desktop page work area menu item
