ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating an Interorganization Transfer the Destination Organization LOV is Empty


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Destination Organization should be listed in the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory
2. Open right task pane and select Create Inter Organization Transfer task
3. When selecting value for Destination Organization the LOV is empty
