ADF_FACES error after clicking Save button on new/old Opportunities (Doc ID 2297213.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Opportunities

When attempting to Navigate through opportunities, the following error occurs.

ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #46


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to OSC
2. Navigate to “Opportunity” icon and click on it.
3. Open any existing Opportunity or create a new Opportunity.
4. Update any field and click on “Save” button.
5. Error will pop up and we cannot be able to perform any other operation.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new opportunity records, nor edit existing ones.
