Error on profile attribute mapping screen

We are getting an error on the profile attribute mapping screen when overriding a duplicate resolution request. This seems to occur when the resolution batch has more than 5 records, and on the profile attribute mapping screen, rather than seeing the attributes in columns, you see them in a drop-down. The error:

java.math.BigDecimal cannot be cast to java.lang.String

is seen when you click on the drop-down.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Customer Data Management > Duplicate Resolution Request
Choose a batch with more than 5 records
Click Override System Mapping
Click Next to advance to Profile Attributes
Click on the drop-down next to any attribute.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot map profile attributes in duplicate resolution screen.
