Can't See Image When Sent Email Through Object Workflow

Symptoms

User creates an object workflow that sent email to Contact when a field of the Contact has been updated.

Before, they create the email template, there is an option to include image in email in local content.

After they create the email template, they used it in object workflow. When the field is updated, the email is triggered for the Contact.

But when the recipient open the email, the image can't be see/ show correctly.
