Cannot Import MSP XML Into SQLite Database (Doc ID 2297815.1)

The following error message is generated when trying to import a Microsoft Project XML file into a SQLite database.

ERROR: Process completed successfully. See log file for details.

In addition, the Finish button is disabled on the export dialog box once the import has finished and the MSP XML project does not successfully import.

Errors from the log file:

Primavera.Domain.Base.Activity: Key: 939 missing required related object WBSId. Rejecting

Failed to load type for module CommandLineModule.
Error was: An exception occurred while initializing module 'CommandLineModule'.
- The exception message was: One or more errors occurred.
- The Assembly that the module was trying to be loaded from was:Primavera.Mercury.CommandLineModule, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Client
  2. Import Microsoft Project XML
  3. Notice it completes successfully but the project is not available
