Classic Mobile SSO Login Not Working After R12 Upgrade (Doc ID 2297920.1)

On : version, Classic Mobile Sales App

SSO for Mobile is enabled . When attempting to login after R12 upgrade into mobile app, the following error occurs.

The server requires a username and password. The server says: OAM 11g.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the mobile app
2. Provide the server details and click on "Sign In" button
3. Above error pops-up
