Symptoms

When Clicking on Customise option for BIP reports, Getting a Blank Screen


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
BIP reports needs to be customized


STEPS
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Go to Reports and Analytics:
Navigator > Tools > Reports and Analytics
3. Select Financials --> Receivables-->Bill Presentment--> Invoice Print Template and click on Customize
4. The next screen is completely scrambled and could see blank page


BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue users are unable to customize BIP report
