After Upgrade To R12, We're Unable To Download The SSO Enabled Outlook Plugin

After R12 upgrade , SSO login does not work for Sales Cloud for Outlook add-in .
When user try logging into Sales Cloud for Outlook , the SSO login screen does not show . Instead the users are given the normal login screen .
