Agent - Order Failing During Checkout Process

The customer's order o3260005 is exhibiting strange behaviors on the storefront and agent. First, it appears that the order is authorized by CyberSource, but not with the customer's OMS. Further, the user that created the order is having trouble using the order, and when Berkshire tries to manipulate the order in the agent, they receive an error (see below), though the order itself is visible.
On the production agent:
An internal error occurred while processing input request.
Return code 50001000
Orders should be completely processed by the Agent server without errors.
