One particular Argus user login is experiencing unexpected results or error exception.

But, if same Argus user logs into application from a different PC, it works fine.

Therefore scope of problem is specific to original log-in PC and WIN/IE browser.


Note:

Some examples of 'unexpected results or error exception' are:

• Argus user login with correct User Group cannot access selected cases or case data that they should be able to view.
• When attempting to save case data or console configuration data, there is no error indication, but changes are not made saved
• 500 error at key locations within the Argus application
