On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Encounter internal error in synchronization from outlook to Sales cloud

Encounter internal error in synchronization from outlook to Sales cloud, error message is 'objectives of the type ‘salespartysite’ can’t trigger, requested: 46, unreturned 42, access denied 5'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OSC for outlook
2. Sync with Outlook
3. Error SD0022 appears
