User Unable To View Opportunities On Account Summary Box

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to view Opportunities
When logged in as a Sales Manager on Sales Cloud, the user is unable to view Opportunities in the Summary Box which can be viewed using the Sales Administrator Profile for example on Test environment(R12)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales Manager should be able to view opportunities in the Summary Box the same as before R12 upgrade.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. navigate to Accounts
3. Open account record which has an Opportunities Summary Box and none are displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Sales Managers cannot view the opptys summary box for Accounts.
