Symptoms

On :  11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to open an Account,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR #7


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Accounts
2. Search for Account 07249232000127
3. get error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open a specific account
