System error when adding translated content to User-defined File Pages (Doc ID 2298788.1)

Error occurs when saving translation for User-defined File
A system error has occurred.
Please exit the application and open a new session. Please contact your internal company help desk if your company has one. Otherwise, for any problem with the Taleo application, please log an incident through Oracle Support. In your incident, please describe the problem in detail (circumstances and actions leading up to the error). If you do not have access to Oracle Support, please contact your Taleo system administrator. (20170817204126533)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Recruiting Admin > User Defined Files > Click a file > Click a Page Name > Activate French > Type a French translation into the Page Name / Title > Click Save > Error occurs and doesn't save out.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save translations for user-defined files
